Length: 35.75 inches (90%)

Weight: 27.4 oz (50%)

Head: 48.9 (50%)

All in all Riley is doing awesome and growing as he should.

The Dr did say that Riley has a steells heart murmur but should grow out of it.

We were also told to take Riley in for a follow up chest x ray which we did yesterday.

We are still waiting for the results.

* Riley turned two Nov 2. but we are celebrating with a party tonight. Their will be more pics to come!

Trick or Treat

We had a great Halloween this year. The weather was wonderful. Kalvin's side of the family all came over. Kal's Mom made dinner-yummy yummy chili, cornbread and tons of cupcakes. A bunch of the adults took the kids trick or treating. It was so much fun. Taylor and Riley were both really into it. Riley kept telling all the neighbors giving him candy "Happy Ween." Super CUTE!

Halloween Pumpkins

We carved pumpkins the Sunday before Halloween, well I should say the kids painted little pumpkins and Kalvin carved the bigger ones. Kalvin is really good at carving. I requested a pumpkin with a butterfly on it! It was really fun and the kids enjoyed making a mess.

Whats going on??

We have been in St George for the past week with my side of the family. It was so much fun!! Kalvin enjoyed golfing everyday, I enjoyed the shopping outlets and the kids enjoyed swimming everyday at least once. It was warm enough to swim outside. We enjoyed getting in one last bit of sun before summer is officially over. The kids did great for being away from home for a week other then Riley started to throw up the last day. I was worried about the drive home. He did awesome, but of course just as we were pulling in the drive way he threw up all over his car seat. YUCK! But he is doing much better now. I think he was super tired and just needed some good rest. My kids weren't use to getting up at 7:00 along with there cousins!

Pumkin Patch

Yesterday my Mom took the boys and I to a pumpkin patch to pick out pumpkins. It was alot of fun. They had little wheel barrels for the kids, a free crown maze, tractors to sit on and hay stakes to climb on. Riley loved the tractors and had to always be on the same one as Taylor. Taylor loved the corn maze and talked Grandma into going several times. Grandma then took us to lunch at wingers, one of our favorites.

Summer Days

My family is so sad summer is close to over! We have enjoyed many visits to the park, swimming and lots of playing in the backyard. Its been nice to just let the boys run around to burn some energy. One of Riley's favorite things this summer has been "helping" Dad mow the lawn. He follows Kal all over the yard with his small lawn mower.

Preschool Days

Taylor has started preschool again and loves it. Its three days a week since he is in the older group. He goes down the street from our house. It is the second year Taylor is doing preschool but its the first year Riley has noticed Taylor is gone. You would think Riley would like some one on one time with Mom but Riley is pretty sad the whole time Taylor is in school. He walks around the house saying "Tay, Tay, Tay home home." Its pretty sad. Then when we start to walk down the street to pick Taylor up Riley gets really excited. I am glad Taylor is loving preschool and has many friends. We look forward to another year with his excellent teacher Miss Sarah.

Labor Day Rocks

I have found since being married holidays are sometimes more stressful then fun. Don't get me wrong I enjoy being with family but sometimes with two families there is alot of running around to do and not enough relaxing. That's why my new favorite holiday is Labor Day. Kalvin had the day off of work! Yippee. Emily, Wes and Hailey were visiting and had stayed the night at our place so that afternoon we had a barbecue with my side of the family. FUN FUN! Everyone cleared out by three and Riley and I got take a little nap (NICE). After naps we had dinner as a family, its sad but this is a rare occasion during the week with work schedules. We then went to the park. Riley loves the park and is finally at the age where I don't have to chase after him while he is teetering on all the steps and slides. We then headed home and watched Rio and had milkshakes. The kids were then in bed by nine and Kal and I had a relaxing rest of the night. What a prefect day!!!! Did I already mention I love Labor Day!!!

Hailey Louise Mangum

I was lucky enough to go to Cedar City to visit when Hailey was born. Emily did awesome in the delivery. Hailey is such a doll. I can't wait to see her this weekend! So have so much hair and hardy cries! Taylor and Riley can't wait to meet there new cousin.

Animal Farm

Today we went to Thanksgiving Point's animal farm. It was so much fun. It was a little hot but still enjoyable. Taylor loved feeding the goats, playing at the soil market, seeing the animals and riding the ponys. Riley loved eatting snacks, riding the pretend tractor and saying "horse, horse, horse" over and over. It was definately worth the five dollars it cost us!

An afternoon with the M's

Last Wendesday some of my friends from high school, Melissa, Mary and Michelle, got together for the afternoon. It included free lunch at the park, playing at the park and seeing Michelle's new house--which is awesome. There was a total of seven kids. (Not all kids are picutres, sorry) Eveyone had so much fun playing. I was lucky to have such good friends in high school and I am so glad we continue to get together to see eachother still. There has been weddings, babies, moves in and out of state and even some sad times. But through it all we have been able to help eachother. They are a awesome bunch of girls. Thanks for the fun day!

Age doesn't matter

My sweetheart turned 30 at the end of last month. Last night we finshed up the celebarting with a big barbaque over at Kal's mom and dad's house. We have spent the last few weeks celebrating with family. My sister was nice enough to watch our kiddos while me and Kal went out. Its quite the luxury to go to the movies these days. I hope you had a great 30th. We love you!!!

Bath Tub Beach Party

How many kids fit in a regular size bath tub?? Well I ended up with four in mine last night. There was still a little wiggle room, we might have been able to fit five in!! Last night my nieces slept over. We had played pretty hard at the park and everyone's feet were black so we decided to have a beach bath party, I have found that the two older kids are quite interested in the different parts of each others bodies so I was trying to avoid all the questions! Anyways they had a lot of fun and didn't want to get out!

Welcome Home!

After a week in the NICU fighting pneumonia Ethan was finally given a clean bill of health and able to come home. We are so happy he is all better. Jenn and Ethan both came home yesturday. Jenn is dong great and happy to finally get to leave the hospital. Taylor and Riley are so excited to get to see and hold there new cousin. Its so fun to finally be getting some more boys in the family.

Ethan Jenne Arrives

This morning at 6:54am Ethan Jenne made his appearance. He weighed 7 pounds 3 ounces and is 19 inches long. He has been having some trouble breathing and is in the NICU. Mom is doing great!
